Our response to the US Department of Energy draft guidance for a Clean Hydrogen Production Standard (CHPS)

On September 22nd, the US Department of Energy released a draft guidance for a Clean Hydrogen Production Standard (CHPS), which was developed to meet the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law requirements.

As part of the requirement, the DOE Is seeking stakeholder comment on its proposal to implement CHPS.
